Green Smoothie

Do you have problems getting your kids to eat their vegetables?  This smoothie totally disguises these healthy greens that we all need more of! 

2 cups any greens (Spinach, Chard, Kale)
2 cups Mango  (frozen is OK)
2 Oranges
3 Mejool Dates

Fill blender with 1 cup of water add greens and blend on high speed until it looks like green juice.  Add fruit and dates and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!

Hint:  If you need to get rid of the green color try adding frozen blueberries, approximately 1/4 cup will change the color to a nice purple.
