Sauteed Chard with Parmesan

1 T olive oil
1 T minced garlic
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1 bunch of Chard (any variety), chopped
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 T shredded Parmesan cheese

Separate the chard stems from the leaves.  Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion and saute for about 1 minute.  Add first the chopped chard stems and stir fry for about 5 minutes, lower heat to medium.  Add in the chopped chard leaves and cook just until they are wilted, stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
